Gil-Soo Kang is the owner chef of the Italian restaurant, <Piccolacucina> in Jeju. Piccolacucina is called ‘western restaurant in the forest’, and named as a representative famous Italian restaurant in Jeju. Not only Jeju local citizens but foreign tourists are recognized its superb flavor and taste. Advanced reservation is requirement to the restaurant because chef uses fresh Jeju’s daily ingredients to make the healthy cuisines. Also, Sommelier paired great wine with foods which makes more plentiful. He worked at the <Conerstone> of Park Hyatt Seoul and Hyatt regency Indian wells. In these days, he lived in Jeju and presented special Italian cuisine with Jeju’s ingredients.
