Chef Seung-Min Kim was the first season winner of the cooking tournament program, Master Chefs Korea, broadcast by popular Korean food and lifestyle channel, Olive TV. He also appeared on the successor program, 5pening. After graduating from a culinary school in Tokyo, he built up his experience by working at famous Japanese restaurants such as Ichigayaso and Gomine, then worked at La Sendai in Chungdam-dong, a high-end are in Seoul’s Gangnam district. He has settled in Jeju with his family and offers Japanese home-style cooking in his restaurant, Morino Aruyo.
