Hoyoon Kim is the owner chef of the Italian stand-up bar ORZO located in Yeonnam-dong. After graduation from 국제요리제과학교, he charged of Hilton Hotel Korean dishes and has steadily studied Korean dishes. He has been expressed his own cooking through Grand Hilton Hotel opening, ‘Special Dinner by Hoyoon Kim’, and ‘Dinner by 20’. He worked at the Michelin 1-star restaurant ‘Soigne’ as a head chef and on a lot of tv shows, like Olive show, Cooking Korea, 백년식당 and so on as a star chef.
