Kyung-seok Ahn graduated from Hattori Nutrition College. After working at as sous chef, he built up his Italian culinary skills in Italy from 2010. He experienced , ristorante , trattoria and 3 Michelin stars restaurant . After he returned from his culinary journey in 2015, he worked as executive chef in caviar-specialty restaurant , located in Seoul. Now, he is preparing for opening a new restaurant.
