Chef Jae-Cheon Lee worked at Hotel Meurice in Paris after graduating from Le Cordon Bleu Paris. Afterwards, he worked as an executive chef at Ninth Gate, the flagship restaurant of Seoul’s Westin Chosun Hotel. In competitions, he won a prize in the Singapore Black Box Competition in 1999, a gold medal at the Seoul International Culinary Competition in 2001, and a silver medal at the Seoul Black Box Competition in 2011. He is currently executive chef at Haevichi Hotel & Resort.
