Hyun-hee Lee is Owner/Patissier of , located in Cheongdam, Seoul.
She graduated, with highest honor, Le Cordon Bleu Paris Grand Diplome and built up her patisserie experience as Paris Le Meurice Hotel patissier, Le Cordon Bleu Paris assistant, Le Divellec Paris patissier, and The Pershinghall Hotel patissier.
After returning to Korea, she has opened her dessert restaurant in Sinsa, Seoul. Dessertree has redefined the dessert experience, introducing ‘course dessert menu’ to the Korean pastry industry.
She has recently been named ‘The Pastry Chef of the Year 2015’ by Blue Ribbon Awards.
