Chef Heung-ju Lee has built his culinary skills at Michelin-starred restaurants in Italy. He worked at two Michelin stars , one Michelin star . Then he graduated ‘Alberghiero di Spoleto’ in Italy in 2009. After graduation, he went through one Michelin star , two Michelin stars and one Michelin star . After he went back to Korea from his culinary journey, he has worked as executive chef at restaurant , located in Hyundai Department Store in Pangyo.
