Chef Kenny Jeon started his career at Hotel Shilla Seoul. Afterwards, he moved to the Hyatt Regency, Saint Louis in the United States, and also built up his experience at the Park Hyatt, Toronto and the Grand Hyatt, Incheon. He has participated as an invited chef in special events run by the Hyatt Regency, Calgary, and the Park Hyatt, Beavercreek. Currently, he is in charge of all restaurants, banquets and room-service kitchens at the Hyatt Regency, Jeju.
