Hee-Sook Cho is a living legend of Korean cuisine who has established the basic standard for Korean cuisine for 30 years. She is also a master of many Korean star chefs who has passed down the basic standard of Korean cuisine. She built up her experience by leading Korean food department at Novotel Gangnam, Grand Intercontinental, Hotel Shilla and worked as an executive chef in the Embassy of South Korean in the United States. She participated as a Korean representative in ‘Rising Asia’ by CIA. In 2019, Korean fine dinning restaurant <Hansikgonggan>, helmed by her, awarded Michelin Star.
