Chef Albert K.K. Au, awarded the world’s youngest three Michelin starred Chinese chef, is executive chef for Hong Kong Lai Sun F&B Management Limited, managing the Luxury Chinese restaurant for the Group China Tang, Island Tang, Chiu Tang, China Club and Tang.
He won Michelin 9 Stars in total from year 2009 to 2015 for the restaurants in Hong Kong and Macau. Before moving to Lai Sun F&B, he has been executive chef for Hong Kong Island Tang Restaurant (Michelin 1 star) and head Chef for The Eight at Macao Grand Lisboa (Michelin 3 star).
