Karol Okrasa, the polish star chef, is considered as the most talented chef among coeval chefs. He is currently executive chef of <Platter by Karol Okrasa> in Hotel Intercontinental Warsaw. His restaurant was chosen as 『Michelin Guide 2019』 ‘The Plate’ as well as 『100 Best Restaurants Contest』 ‘The Best Hotel Restaurant’. He is famous for not only his culinary skills but confectionary. He was appointed judge in World Chocolate Masters competition, and let the public know his cuisine by appearing on TV shows. He is also known as travel-lover. He never minds spreading Polish culture and cuisine during his travel. This is the reason why he could be awarded ‘BENE MERITO’ medal by Secretary of State of Poland on account of his contribution for spreading Polish culture and cuisine.
