Olivier Chaignon charge of the L’OSIER, Michelin 2-star restaurant in Tokyo. He came from Montargis, France and he was crowned the ‘Best Young Apprentice Chef’ when he was young. He built his career in Taillevent and Pierre Gagnaire in Paris. After he went to Tokyo, he has consecutively filled head chef at Pierre Gagnaire Tokyo and currently at the helmed French fine dining restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo. He named the chef of the year in 2017 by the popular French food magazine .
